Here at American White Label, we understand the importance of communication during the shipping process and want to give you all the tools possible to ensure peace of mind about your order.
Once an order is placed online, our fulfillment center prepares the order to be sent out and during that process, a shipping label will be created. When that shipping label is created you will automatically be sent an email to the email address on file that includes all shipping information including your tracking number.
If you are having trouble locating the email try the following:
- Check your spam/junk folder, sometimes certain email service providers will miscategorize an email
- Search for emails from "firstname.lastname@example.org"
- Search for the subject line "Your order has been shipped!"
If you are still unable to find your tracking information please submit a ticket through our help widget or Contact Us portal and we will be sure to send over your tracking information as soon as we can.
